This is a restoration project of an 18th Century Colonial House and refurbishment of its back stable buildings into contemporary offices.The work involved a sensitive restoration of the existing wooden structure, external walls and roof cladding using wood elements to match the existing and adapting historical building techniques to ensure a seamless restoration. Careful consideration was given to the integration of the mechanical, electrical, AC & data services and equipment which were carefully concealed to retain the authenticity and special quality of the historic structures.
